Orchestrating LTSA execution in energy storage

Maintenance oversight and supplier coordination are key, ensuring maintenance activities are performed per contracts and manufacturer specifications to protect equipment uptime. The role also identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reviews maintenance reports, and analyzes performance data to spot root causes and trends. Monthly client reporting and KPI tracking are part of the job, along with building and maintaining essential relationships and serving as the primary client-facing representative in meetings and for queries.

Advice for applicants

Lead your resume with the LTSA and renewables experience, and highlight any roles where you negotiated long-term service agreements, managed multiple sites, or coordinated with suppliers and clients on uptime guarantees.

Showcase concrete examples of how you negotiated terms, managed risk, and achieved capacity or availability targets. If you’ve reviewed scopes of work or led supplier performance reviews, describe the outcome with data or KPI-driven results.

In interviews, be ready to walk through a real LTSA deal you’ve managed, from scope and negotiations to maintenance oversight and monthly reporting, and explain how you handled any challenges with service providers or equipment suppliers.

Ask a targeted question about performance measurement, for example: how LTSA performance is tracked across projects, what KPIs are most critical, and how uptime guarantees translate into monthly client reporting.
