AD Ports Group is seeking a Manager for Public Marina Facilities to lead marina operations onsite in Abu Dhabi, a full-time role that aligns with the Abu Dhabi Maritime strategic plan. Ensure implementation of best practices, processes and procedures in marina operations applicable to the managed infrastructure to enhance the professional image of the terminals under Abu Dhabi Maritime.
Implement and track the strategic goals, objectives, initiatives, projects and programs for the marina operations based on AD Maritime overall strategic plan.
Execute and effectively operate the commercial & public marinas in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Manage maritime contracts and plans related to AD Maritime marinas and assets ensuring that international best practice is delivered as per the requirements.
Develop effective working relationships with key external stakeholders involved in the management of Abu Dhabi Maritime Assets.
Prepare progress and periodical reports and advise the Division Director on the progress of all marina projects.
Ensure to continuously develop and update operational risks mitigation plans in AD Maritime Marinas and Ferries to enhance safety and resilience.
Lead and ensure all the staff under Marina Operations section acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate training programs.
Provide strong and visionary leadership, supervision, and guidance to the team, setting clear expectations and creating a culture of accountability.
Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback and setting goals for professional growth.
Ensure that the team has access to the necessary resources, including budget and technology, to support their projects.
Foster a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork among team members to maximize their collective potential.
Ensure a balanced workload distribution among team members, preventing burnout and promoting productivity.
Lead cross-functional team to streamline processes and implement best practices to drive operational excellence.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Strategic Planning, Maritime Studies or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
