AD Ports Group seeks a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment for clusters in Abu Dhabi, ensuring processes meet standards while elevating candidate experience and the employer brand. The role blends sourcing, interviewing and psychometric testing with strategic workforce planning, process optimization and budget management, backed by stakeholder partnerships to position AD Ports as Employer of Choice. You will supervise recruiting activities, audit sourcing and KPIs, coach hiring managers and report on manpower metrics. Requirements include 8 to 10 years in a similar role with at least four in recruitment, a bachelor’s degree master’s preferred and HR qualifications; English excellent, Arabic a plus. Manage the Talent Acquisition process in the Clusters making sure that the recruitment process is upheld to the standards of the organization.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen and select top talents through a variety of hunting channels including online job boards and networking. 

  • Conduct interviews and liaise with external vendors to prepare a psychometric skills tests aiming to assess candidate skills and behavior.

  • Improve the hiring process, enhance the candidate experience and fix bottlenecks to make AD Ports: ”The Employer of Choice” 

  • Supervise the recruitment activities in the Clusters, conduct weekly meetings, audit sourcing process, check alignment with corporate process, and provide the necessary support for any challenge faced. 

  • Ensure the Quality of hire is held to a hard standard, through the design, updating and enhancement of satisfaction surveys and other HR data metrics

  • Manage Recruitment budget by negotiating candidate offers and optimize the cost of hiring to retain high quality talents at an economic cost.

  • Track and report on recruitment metrics such as manpower status report.

  • People Management Responsibilities:

  • Educate the hiring managers on the recruitment process, assist in the decision making and coach them on how to use the interviews effectively to select the best talent. 

  • Maintain communication with Shared Services executives throughout onboarding to ensure maintenance of a positive experience for the candidates and answer any question arising regarding the role

     

  • Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Develop hiring strategies and ensure to be aligned with the overall company strategy and goals. 

  • Monitor the ADPG recruitment career site for any snags and potential areas of improvement

  • Establish partnerships with strategic stakeholders in order to improve the Talent acquisition process for ADPG.

Educational and Technical Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Master's degree is a plus

  • Professional HR qualification will add a value (i.e. CIPD/ CHRMP/ SHRM)

    Language Skills:

 
  • Excellent English. Arabic is an added advantage

  • A minimum 8-10 Years of Experience in a similar role with at least 4 years in a recruitment role
