Bombardier is seeking a Manager, Technical Services to lead the Global 7500/8000 program from the Québec Administrative Centre, full-time onsite with flexible or hybrid options where applicable. You will ensure deliverables are on time and within budget, coordinate Technical Services responses to customers, and collaborate with Engineering, Program Office, Customer Response Center, and suppliers. Duties include overseeing SOW and schedule integration, providing budget forecasts and performance metrics, and supporting customer briefings while maintaining strong relationships. Requirements: a Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent, 10+ years aerospace customer support, proven leadership, strong business acumen, analytical and communication skills, and bilingual English/French. Reporting to the Director, Technical Services, you will ensure that the Technical Services green and interior Global 7500/8000 aircraft deliverables are managed on time and within budget to satisfy customer expectations.
You will coordinate the Technical Services responses to customers, technical investigations, and customer communications and forums by working alongside Engineering, Program Office, Customer Response Center, Product Development, Parts Logistic, Technical Publications and Vendors.
