The D2C growth desk you could join
As a Marketing Intern on the Direct-to-Consumer growth team, you’ll back affiliate acquisition campaigns for RentalCover.com and TravelCover, with a special focus on affiliate channels, while also supporting retention and lifecycle marketing aimed at lifting customer LTC. If you’re based in Sydney, studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field, and you can commit to full-time hours, this role offers a hands-on entry into D2C and performance marketing at a fast-growing global fintech company.
Your day-to-day will blend campaign support with data and content coordination. You’ll help execute affiliate campaigns by coordinating partners and assets, assist in building and analysing retention emails, and pull campaign data to turn numbers into clear insights. You’ll also help keep content and creative assets aligned with campaigns and maintain trackers, dashboards and documentation that keep the team moving smoothly. Across the D2C team, you’ll provide general marketing operations support to keep initiatives on track.
What you’ll bring and what would help
- Sydney-based and either studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field, with the ability to commit to full-time hours
- Some exposure to or strong interest in digital marketing, D2C, affiliate marketing or CRM/LTC marketing
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and a genuine interest in working with data
- Excellent written communication and a keen eye for detail
- Proactive, curious and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
Nice-to-haves include any additional exposure to affiliate networks or lifecycle marketing, plus experience or enthusiasm for coordinating content and creatives for campaigns, and familiarity with tracking and reporting tools that show how campaigns perform.
