We're looking for an experienced Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the development and optimisation of customer lifecycle communications that drive engagement, conversion and revenue growth across our Wellness portfolio.
This is a highly collaborative role working at the intersection of Brand, Sales, Digital, Design and Product teams. You will act as the business owner for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leading audience strategy, customer data governance, segmentation design and lifecycle marketing optimisation to drive engagement, conversion and revenue growth.
Initially focused on our B2B Wellness business, the role will evolve to support broader B2C customer growth opportunities as the business continues to scale.
