Permanent opportunity - Marketing Manager

We're transforming how we engage and support businesses and their employees through smarter, more personalised digital experiences.

We're looking for an experienced Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the development and optimisation of customer lifecycle communications that drive engagement, conversion and revenue growth across our Wellness portfolio.

This is a highly collaborative role working at the intersection of Brand, Sales, Digital, Design and Product teams. You will act as the business owner for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leading audience strategy, customer data governance, segmentation design and lifecycle marketing optimisation to drive engagement, conversion and revenue growth.

Initially focused on our B2B Wellness business, the role will evolve to support broader B2C customer growth opportunities as the business continues to scale.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Designing and optimising lifecycle marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, sales and revenue growth.
  • Leading customer journey development across email, digital and automated channels.
  • Leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop and execute sophisticated automated marketing programs.
  • Partnering closely with Brand, Sales, Design, Digital and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Using customer and performance insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
  • Monitoring launched customer journeys against agreed KPIs, including revenue, B2B growth and retention, and providing regular reporting on performance, challenges and recommendations for improvement.

  • Translating business objectives into targeted customer communications and conversion programs.
  • Driving collaboration across multiple teams to navigate complexity and deliver outcomes.
  • Supporting the evolution of Bupa's digital commerce capability and customer engagement ecosystem.
  • Supporting the governance, legal and compliance work required in the initial stages to ensure customer journeys, data use and digital commerce activity are set up responsibly and effectively.

  • Ensure all customer communications and lifecycle journeys align with established brand guidelines, tone of voice and customer experience principles.

What you'll bring

  • Extensive hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
  • Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital commerce or marketing automation.
  • Demonstrated success building customer journeys that drive engagement, conversion and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer growth levers.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring structure to complex challenges.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Experience working across multiple business functions and priorities simultaneously.
