The Member Support Consultant, often the first face a potential member meets, brings energy and warmth to guide people toward starting a healthier, stronger life. Day-to-day life in the club
In this role you’ll focus on building the club’s membership base through promotions, referrals campaigns and by spotting fresh business opportunities. You’ll present and guide tours for prospective members and keep the sales pipeline active with outreach calls to maximise opportunities, while also opening and closing the club as rostered and staying engaged with member retention programs to motivate ongoing journeys.
Regularly you’ll connect with new and existing members to keep them engaged, recommending club-based products that support their results and overall experience. The work blends friendly front-desk service with targeted sales and relationship-building to deliver strong outcomes for enquirers and members alike.
Must-have requirements
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates are required
- The ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and help them reach their goals
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, empathy and the ability to influence others
- A tenacious, target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting personal goals and supporting the team

Pay, benefits and practical details
The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions with realistic earnings of $65K+.
