Genea is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Canberra clinic as a part-time Nurse Coordinator, four days per week from Monday to Thursday, onsite in an office environment that blends frontline patient care with care coordination in fertility treatment. The role combines clinical duties with patient support, counseling and education, including face-to-face and phone interactions, coordinating care with doctors and scientists to tailor treatment plans, instructing self administration of IVF drugs, and maintaining accurate patient records across multiple IT systems. The ideal candidate holds current AHPRA registration, a genuine interest in fertility, strong clinical and interpersonal skills, and comfort with administration. Genea Nurses provide frontline care to our patients, supporting them along every step of their Fertility treatment. This role is unique, you be working in an office environment interacting with our patients both over the phone and face to face. Alongside clinical duties, a significant proportion of your role will involve providing patient care, support and education.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (with a current AHPRA registration) who is genuinely interested in specialising in fertility for this role. You will have strong clinical skills, but also strong people skills as large component of this role involves support and counselling. We are looking for empathetic Nurses, who can build rapport and provide genuine, authentic care to our patients.
As this role is office based you will need also strong administration skills and technical competence - at Genea we work across a number of different IT systems which you will need to learn.
