Fertility First in Hurstville is seeking a Nursing Administration Officer to anchor the nursing team’s administrative operations and keep patient journeys running smoothly. You’ll liaise with external providers to enter pathology and radiology results into electronic records, coordinate theatre and laboratory scheduling with the medical team, create and send consent forms and pre health questionnaires through the patient portal, support the genetics referral process, assist with daily clinic prep and theatre lists, attend nursing team meetings and prepare minutes, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding quality, compliance and workplace health and safety standards. The ideal candidate has healthcare or medical administration experience, strong MS Office skills, superb attention to detail, and a patient centred, collaborative approach with high integrity. Your Responsibilities
You'll be a great fit for this role if you bring previous experience in a healthcare or medical administration setting, strong computer skills across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities, and a genuine passion for customer service and patient care. You'll be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, and will demonstrate a high level of integrity with a clear understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality.
