Day-to-Day Leadership for Healthcare Housekeeping and Laundry
The Operations Manager plans, directs and oversees all unit activities tied to facilities services, with a sharp focus on housekeeping operations. They lead supervisors and front-line staff who keep healthcare environments clean, sanitized and safe, delivering reliable service while earning trust and engagement from the team. The role also involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and, when needed, terminations in partnership with Human Resources, and ensuring schedules keep staffing levels appropriate for all shifts.

- Familiarity with PIDAC (Provincial Infectious Disease Advisory Committee) is an asset.
