Junior Adventures Group is hiring a permanent OSHC Educator for Wentworthville OSHClub, offering 15 hours a week after school with extra holiday hours and the chance to support nearby services. The role centers on building lasting relationships with children and families, developing leadership and behaviour management skills, and provides a clear pathway into teaching careers. Key requirements include NSW Certificate III level, state Working with Children check, Australian working rights, and a National Police Check we cover, plus National Child Safety Training before onboarding. Full training and ongoing support are provided, with safety and inclusivity. As an OSHC Permanent Educator, you’ll work at Wentworthville OSHClub, giving you the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with the families, children, your team, and the wider school community. From time to time, you may also have the opportunity to support nearby services across the region when additional support is needed.
Weekly shifts and hours: 15 hours per week, across Monday - Friday after school shifts. Extra hours available during school holidays too! The minimum availability for this role is Monday to Friday afternoons.
