An experienced Paralegal is sought to join Crown Resorts’ group legal team on a permanent full-time basis, based in Sydney or Melbourne and onsite at Southbank, supporting lawyers across Sydney, Melbourne and Perth with document management, legal research, regulatory work and the team’s technology needs. You’ll draft and review contracts and licences, conduct legal research, maintain filing and case records, and contribute to templates and process improvements including automation. Requirements include a Certificate IV in Legal Services or equivalent (or working towards), strong legal terminology, superb attention to detail, the ability to multitask under pressure, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office and legal practice software. This dynamic role supports our lawyers across Sydney, Melbourne and Perth in delivering high-quality legal services by managing documentation, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition to supporting with a diverse and complex range of work, you’ll also be responsible for managing the legal technology requirements of the team.
