Advice for applicants
Put your NZ driver licence status and your eligibility to work in NZ at the top of your resume so the hiring team sees you meet the must-haves right away.
When you describe your experience, highlight customer service roles that required clear communication, and provide concrete examples of times you worked both independently and as part of a team. If you’ve had to observe a scene, assess risk and enforce rules, share that with measurable results.
Be ready to answer interview questions about interpreting parking rules and managing safety risks. Prepare a real scenario that shows how you apply rules fairly while keeping people safe.
Ask about the training path and how the company supports long-term progression. A smart question is to inquire how the monthly bonus is calculated and what targets drive it.
