Keeping the national parts network running smoothly
In this job you’ll build and implement a market management strategy for parts held in the national warehouse, establish a parts library, and continuously refine the plan based on how the market moves, what sales data show, and feedback from customers, all to make the best use of spare parts resources.
You’ll run a real-time inventory monitoring system, work with related departments to set safety stock levels, and prevent backlogs or shortages so the supply remains timely and stable for customers.
You’ll keep a close eye on library parts demand, study industry trends and what competitors are doing, and regularly write market analysis to inform the company’s sales approach.
You’ll set up a logistics information tracking mechanism, watch shipping status in real time, and mobilize resources quickly to handle delays or damages so the customer experience stays solid.
You’ll lead and develop the parts sales team, clarify responsibilities and goals for team members, and build an efficient, professional group.
What you’ll need to bring
- Five-plus years in OEM parts warehousing or logistics, with a strong grasp of end-to-end processes, including starting a parts warehouse from scratch; experience with new energy or premium brands is a plus.
- Good command of English and solid office skills.
