Advice for applicants
Lead with your availability, making sure it’s clear you can cover the October 2026 to mid-January 2027 window, including weekends and major holidays.
Show how you prove you can meet the must-have skills. If you’ve worked in a fast-paced team or helped customers on busy days, share concrete examples of how you stayed positive, moved stock smoothly, and supported colleagues to reach a goal.
Prepare stories for interviews that demonstrate your love of sneakers and customer service. Talk about a time you helped a shopper pick the right pair, how you handled a stock task while still focusing on service, and how you responded to feedback to improve performance.
Ask a targeted question about the role’s development path. For example, inquire about the training program and what the process looks like to stay on with the brand after the season ends.
