Blackwoods is hiring a Graduate Pricing Analyst to join the Pricing team in Finance at Macquarie Park. This permanent, full-time onsite role administers vendor rebate programs, tracks performance, supports price reviews, and turns data into dashboards to inform pricing decisions with a focus on learning and smarter ways of working. You’ll explore automation and AI opportunities to simplify repetitive tasks and help shape the pricing strategy with the customer in mind. Ideal candidates hold a recent qualification in commerce, finance, IT, data analytics or maths, have pricing or analytics exposure, strong Excel skills with big data, and welcome BI tools, SQL or Python. In your application, demonstrate ownership, attention to detail, continuous improvement, and quantifiable project impact; include relevant projects and be prepared for background checks, with a nod to Blackwoods diversity commitments.
This role sits within the Pricing team under the Finance function. You will work closely with the Category, Finance, and broader Pricing Teams to support better commercial outcomes through analytics and data. You will help drive gross margin improvement, EBIT and revenue growth, with a strong focus on learning, continuous improvement, and smarter ways of working.
