Queensland Rail is seeking a Principal Signal Engineer to join the Brisbane CBD office on a full-time onsite basis. The role covers design verification, technical leadership on railway signaling projects of all sizes, and cross‑functional collaboration across concept through testing and commissioning, guiding other engineers to deliver conforming Signalling Designs. You’ll bring extensive railway signaling design or project engineering experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder engagement, with a big‑picture, outcome‑driven mindset and the ability to operate independently. Qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) from an accredited Australian university and RPEQ or a plan to attain it within six to twelve months.
