Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is hiring a Process Development Moulding Engineer to join a 100‑strong engineering team at the East Tamaki Highbrook campus, driving the development and deployment of injection moulding solutions for thermoplastics and silicone components. In this role you’ll collaborate with product, operations and toolmakers to ensure design for manufacture, refine moulding equipment specifications, oversee tool development, commissioning and validation, and create robust measurement and quality documentation to support scalable production of medical devices. The ideal candidate has a technical degree, hands-on experience with moulding, polymers, Moldflow, CAD and tooling, plus strong cross‑team communication and problem solving.
