Production Technician

This is an onsite, full-time role on a Monday–Friday day shift (6:30 am–2:30 pm) with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. As a Production Technician, you’ll help deliver premium cannabis products by supporting packaging operations across several product types, from dried flower and pre-rolls to vape cartridges, pens and infused items. The role emphasizes teamwork, precise data recording, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards so every finished item meets Curaleaf’s high expectations before it reaches customers.
On the production floor
In this fast-paced environment you’ll stage products and packaging materials across production lines while performing quality checks to keep on schedule and maintain Curaleaf’s standards. You’ll take ownership of the lines, collaborate with teammates to improve efficiency and cut waste, and conduct in-process and final quality checks that include weighing and visual inspections, all while ensuring data accuracy, product tracking and secure packaging. You’ll move quickly to boost output but stay organized and inspection-ready, following OSHA rules, Curaleaf SOPs and all required procedures so every label is correct and every item is compliant with state regulations.
Keeping the workspace clean and orderly is part of the job, so you’ll help maintain an organized extraction area and a smooth-running operation. Clear communication with your team is essential to keep the process steady and to resolve any issues that might affect quality or timelines.

A high school diploma, GED or equivalent is expected.

Pay, benefits and practical details
The position pays $17.00 per hour and is based in Chambersburg, PA. It’s a full-time, non-exempt role with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. Physical requirements include standing, sitting and walking for 8–10 hours per shift, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly (with assistance for heavier lifts), and frequent use of hands and wrists. You’ll bend, squat and reach repeatedly, and you may need to climb ladders or step stools to access plants or equipment. PPE such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes and Tyvek suits may be required. The work environment may include humidity, varying temperatures, strong cannabis odors, soil, water, fertilizer, dust, pollen and plant pathogens, plus exposure to cleaning solvents like isopropyl alcohol, loud noises and CO2 procedures at OSHA-approved levels.
