The Program Director will steer a technology transformation program that spans multiple projects, establishing governance frameworks, supervising project teams, and managing resources while engaging with client leadership to ensure effective program execution. This is an onsite, full-time role based in Sydney, Australia.

In practice, this role will suit someone who enjoys guiding large-scale programs and collaborating with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, VPs and Directors, to keep transformation efforts on track and aligned with business goals.

Guiding a multi-project tech transformation

You’ll lay out the program’s governance and drive delivery across several initiatives, keeping a careful eye on timelines, budgets and quality while maintaining steady communication with client leadership about progress and risks.

Day to day, you’ll supervise project teams, oversee resource planning and capacity, and coordinate with cross-functional groups and multiple vendors to ensure smooth delivery and operational synergy across the portfolio.

Risk and change management will be central to your work, with formal reviews to address cost, scope and schedule and to implement mitigation plans that protect project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
