In this role, you'll:
Support the delivery of change initiatives across significant transformation programs and projects within Finance, Technology and Commercial (FTC). You will contribute to business readiness and adoption by identifying and managing impacts across people, processes, systems and customer outcomes, ensuring change is successfully embedded into business operations.
You will work closely with project teams, business leaders and change professionals to understand change impacts, gather insights and support the development and implementation of practical change strategies that minimise disruption and enable successful adoption
You will support current-state and impact analysis activities, helping identify change implications across project domains and informing fit-for-purpose change approaches and plans.
You will contribute to the planning and delivery of change activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training and readiness initiatives, helping teams navigate change with confidence and clarity.
A key aspect of the role is building strong relationships and supporting engagement across diverse stakeholder groups. You will participate in workshops, engagement sessions and capability development activities that strengthen stakeholder understanding and readiness for change.
Operating within Transport's Enterprise Change Management Service Model, you will contribute to change analysis, reporting and continuous improvement activities. You will monitor and report on readiness indicators, stakeholder engagement, communications and training metrics, providing insights that support project decision-making and continuous improvement.
You will maintain accurate documentation and records of change activities, risks and outcomes, ensuring transparency and traceability across initiatives. You will also collaborate with change practitioners and project teams to share insights, contribute lessons learned and support the ongoing maturity of change management practices across Transport.

About you
You are a change practitioner with experience supporting project, technology or business improvement initiatives. You enjoy working with people, analysing information and helping organisations successfully adopt change.
You’ll bring:
Demonstrated experience supporting change management activities across technical and non-technical projects within complex environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across a broad range of stakeholder groups.
Experience contributing to impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication, training or business readiness activities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret and report information to support change outcomes and project decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and tailor messages for different audiences.
The ability to manage competing priorities, work collaboratively and adapt to changing project environments.
A proactive mindset with a commitment to learning, continuous improvement and building capability in change management practices.
Essential Requirements:
Qualification in Change Management (Prosci® preferred) or a related discipline, and/or equivalent demonstrated experience supporting change initiatives within complex environments.
Desirable:
Prosci® Certification or equivalent industry-recognised change management qualification.
Qualifications or experience in project delivery, business analysis, organisational change, communications or related disciplines.
