In this role, you'll: 

 

Lead the development, delivery and evaluation of strategic communication and engagement initiatives that support key programs and projects across the Finance, Technology and Commercial (FTC) division. You will build awareness, drive engagement and ensure stakeholders are informed, prepared and connected throughout the project lifecycle.  

 

Working closely with project teams, business leaders and stakeholders, you will translate complex information into clear, compelling communications, provide trusted advice and deliver communication strategies that support successful project outcomes. 

 

You will use feedback, insights and data to continuously improve communication effectiveness, while promoting best practice and consistency across project delivery communications.

About you 

 

You are an experienced communications professional with a strong track record delivering communication and engagement outcomes in complex project, program or organisational environments.  

 

You communicate with credibility and influence, tailoring messages to diverse audiences and translating complex information into clear, meaningful and engaging content. You build strong stakeholder relationships, exercise sound judgement and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.  

 

You'll bring 

  • Experience developing and delivering strategic communication and engagement plans, content and activities across multiple channels 

 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.  

 

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, including the ability to influence and build credibility across diverse stakeholder groups.  

 

  • A customer-focused approach and the ability to develop communication strategies that improve understanding, engagement and outcomes.  

 

  • Experience using feedback, insights and data to evaluate and improve communication effectiveness.  

 

  • Knowledge of digital communication channels, communication technologies and organisational communication standards. 

 

  • A commitment to integrity, accountability and continuous improvement.  

 

Essential requirements 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
