What You’ll Do as Global Project Manager & Data Analyst

Your daily focus is to be the analytical backbone and operational facilitator for the digital team. You’ll translate complex digital performance data into clear, actionable insights that help steer decisions across the organisation. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between digital initiatives and commercial results, coordinating cross-functional projects, producing executive-ready reports, and ensuring data tells a story that supports growth.

In practice, you’ll manage global digital timelines in close alignment with digital leadership, tracking deadlines and goals and raising visibility of quarterly and yearly targets with both internal teams and external stakeholders. You’ll lead cross-functional projects spanning Revenue Management, Marketing, IT, and hotel operations, keeping timelines, deliverables, and dependencies moving and well-communicated.

As the central communication hub, you’ll keep regional teams and commercial departments informed and aligned on digital initiatives, ensuring messaging is clear and consistent across regions.

You’ll design and share regular performance updates for Global Digital & Ecommerce teams and commercial partners, turning data into concise insights and practical recommendations that inform strategy and tactics.

You’ll own the dashboards and reporting tools that give real-time visibility into key digital KPIs using Looker Studio and Datorama/Salesforce. You’ll continually refine cadence, templates, and workflows to make reporting faster and more relevant for decision makers.

You’ll ensure data accuracy and consistency across analytics platforms, tracking setups, and outputs. When you spot discrepancies, you’ll flag them and work with technical teams to resolve tracking or attribution issues.

When urgent data requests come in, you’ll respond with speed and accuracy, delivering insights and options that help leadership respond quickly.

Advice For Applicants Consider This Global Role

Put the most relevant, role-specific skills at the top of your resume. Lead with your experience in GA4, Excel or Google Sheets, and dashboards built with Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI, and highlight cross-functional project work in digital initiatives.

Show concrete examples that prove you meet the must-have skills. Describe projects where you created dashboards that provided real-time visibility into digital KPIs across multiple teams, and explain how you improved data integrity and reduced discrepancies across platforms.

Be ready to discuss how you would approach a complex data question end-to-end in an interview. Outline how you defined the problem, selected metrics, coordinated with regional and commercial teams, and presented concise findings with recommended actions.

Ask a smart question about how the team uses Looker Studio and Salesforce data to drive decisions today, and which KPI dashboards are most critical for executive reporting. For example, you could ask how global targets are tracked against regional performance and what data sources are considered most reliable for steering strategy.
