Project Support Coordinator

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Support Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day administrative functions that keep projects running efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing information, managing documentation, and working with multiple departments to support project operations.

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative assistance to project management and accounting teams
  • Enter, update, and maintain project data with accuracy
  • Organize digital and physical project files and documentation
  • Track subcontractor paperwork and help maintain compliance records
  • Assist with invoicing, billing activities, and payment processing
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and project-related documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments to help keep project tasks on schedule
  • Communicate with vendors and subcontractors regarding documentation and project needs
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative, project support, or data entry role
  • Experience supporting accounting functions or working in construction or project accounting environments is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Microsoft Excel skills
