This full-time onsite Provisional Psychologist role with atWork Australia in Smithfield Plains SA supports job seekers facing complex barriers as an Advisor. You will conduct mental health assessments, provide person-centered counselling using evidence-based methods, deliver practical wellbeing strategies, liaise with external providers, and work with Job Coaches to drive sustainable employment outcomes. You should hold a psychology degree with eligibility for provisional registration with AHPRA, demonstrate communication and documentation skills, and show a genuine passion for community impact, with examples of collaboration.
