Wellways Australia seeks a Psychosocial Team Leader to guide a team of Peer and Recovery Workers at the Toowoomba Integrated Mental Health Hub. You will lead day to day operations with a focus on recovery oriented, trauma informed, culturally safe practice, develop individual support plans, foster Communities of Practice, and build strong partnerships across Wellways and partner organisations while overseeing reporting and admin. The role offers SCHADS Level 5 around $51 per hour, salary packaging, and 17.5% leave loading. Essential: relevant degree or substantial experience in mental health, strong people leadership, right to work in Australia, current driver’s license, and up to date checks.
