Quality Inspector - 2nd Shift

Keeping quality at the heart of production
In this role you’ll start by assessing incoming materials to verify they meet required specifications before they enter the production line. You’ll study plans, schedules, blueprints and specifications to fully understand design intent and make sure the processes are configured to deliver on those requirements. You’ll help ensure procedures are in place to achieve quality standards and then perform final inspections of products before shipment, documenting any non-conformances and confirming that finished goods meet engineering standards.
Documentation and record-keeping come with the territory, as you’ll capture inspection findings and maintain performance records to support continuous improvement across production processes. You’ll also share knowledge with the production team, educating them on quality control processes, concerns and the standards that define product quality, helping everyone stay aligned on expectations.
