We are looking for a welcoming, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Learning and Employability teams.
As the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors to the Old Choral Hall, you'll play an important role in creating a positive and supportive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You'll be the friendly face that helps students navigate services, answers enquiries, and ensures people feel welcomed, informed, and supported.
This is a varied and people-focused role that combines frontline customer service with administrative support. Working across several teams, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area while contributing to events, facilities coordination, and administrative activities that support student success.
