Infopro Learning is looking for a Receptionist & Coordinator to support a large enterprise learning program at a training center in the United Arab Emirates. The role is based onsite in Jebel Ali and is open to UAE-based candidates only. It’s a hands-on position that helps create a welcoming, well-organized space for learners, facilitators, and visitors.

You’ll be the front-desk point of contact, handling reception, coordinating daily activities, assisting with session setup, and providing basic technology and facilities support. The job suits someone who is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy environment.

If you enjoy working with people and take pride in keeping a space orderly and friendly, this could be a good fit for you.

Keeping the learning hub welcoming and organized

You’ll greet learners as they arrive, guide them through check-in, and answer general questions, acting as the first face they see at the center. The role includes supporting registration and orientation, coordinating day-to-day needs, and knowing when to escalate issues to the right team to keep everything running smoothly.

Beyond front-desk duties, you’ll help prepare training rooms and common areas, monitor the environment for cleanliness and layout, and flag facilities issues so spaces remain ready for sessions. You’ll maintain a professional and inviting reception area that sets a positive tone for each visit.

Preparing spaces and schedules for daily sessions

Before sessions begin, you’ll get rooms ready with the right seating, materials, and signage, and you’ll distribute learner materials as needed. You’ll also help coordinate daily schedules and monitor room usage to ensure everything aligns with start times and learning activities.

In addition to room setup, you’ll provide basic technology support by addressing common questions about Wi‑Fi access or devices, and you’ll test equipment ahead of sessions to confirm readiness. When issues require deeper tech expertise, you’ll escalate them to the appropriate teams to minimize disruption.

Schedule and on-site setup

The role is based onsite at a designated training center location in the UAE, and full-time onsite presence is required during working hours. This position supports a dedicated client program and will be employed locally in the UAE in alignment with regional employment requirements.

What you’ll need to bring to the front desk

  • 2+ years of experience in reception, administrative support, or customer-service roles
  • Strong English communication; Arabic language skills are a plus
  • Experience in hospitality, customer-facing, or learner-support environments preferred
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office and common workplace tools
  • Friendly, professional and service-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Nice-to-haves

Arabic language ability would be an advantage, and prior work in hospitality or learner-support settings can help you hit the ground running.

Advice for applicants

Lead your resume with the front-desk and learner-support experience that mirrors this role, placing two or more years of relevant work at the top so the reader sees your fit right away.

Show concrete examples of how you’ve balanced check-ins, room preparation, and basic tech help in a busy environment, and highlight times you successfully escalated issues to keep learning sessions on track.

Be ready to discuss how you coordinate daily schedules and room usage, what steps you take to ensure rooms are ready before start times, and how you handle routine facilities or technology hiccups with minimal disruption.

Consider asking about the typical daily flow for visitors and learners, how attendance and session readiness are measured for the client program, and what success looks like in this onsite role.
