As a Regional Manager at Water Corporation, you’ll regularly travel across the Mid-West Region to connect with your teams and experience first-hand how much impact your work has on your community. What you can expect with this role
You’ll support households, businesses, and farmers with access to safe drinking water and fit-for purpose water every day. Your community is around you, bringing you closer to the things you enjoy, like improving safety, expanding customer service, and engaging a variety of stakeholders. You’ll partner closely with the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) to ensure we are continually meeting and exceeding environmental requirements and community expectations. Your skills and experience
Whether you’ve worked in water, gas or power, your utilities operations background paired with a relevant degree and strong understanding of regulatory requirements and legislation will put you in pole position. Your understanding of how relationships between government, local businesses and customers are shaped will help you hit the ground running. Most importantly, you have a track record for growing and leading strong teams of highly skilled people and a history of implementing and improving a strong safety culture in previous leadership roles.
