What Success Looks Like

  • Lead and execute a company‑wide technical training and compliance strategy.

  • Lift quality and consistency by streamlining training content, tools and assessments.

  • Translate operational, safety and compliance needs into clear, practical training delivered across all sites.

  • Build internal capability—coaching trainers, developing train‑the‑trainer programs and creating structured career pathways.

  • Align all training activity with operational priorities while maintaining audit‑ready, standardised documentation

What You Bring

  • Several years' experience in technical training with operational capability in transport, logistics, mining

  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent). The right candidate has an MC licence

  • Demonstrated experience designing, developing and maintaining technical training materials and assessment tools

  • Proven experience delivering on-road training and coaching models

  • Lead a small team of Training Coordinators, Driver Trainers and technical instructors

  • Strong knowledge of NHVAS, CoR and heavy-vehicle compliance and LMS systems

  • Ability to balance hands-on delivery of training with strategic leadership
