What Success Looks Like
Lead and execute a company‑wide technical training and compliance strategy.
Lift quality and consistency by streamlining training content, tools and assessments.
Translate operational, safety and compliance needs into clear, practical training delivered across all sites.
Build internal capability—coaching trainers, developing train‑the‑trainer programs and creating structured career pathways.
Align all training activity with operational priorities while maintaining audit‑ready, standardised documentation
What You Bring
Several years' experience in technical training with operational capability in transport, logistics, mining
Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent). The right candidate has an MC licence
Demonstrated experience designing, developing and maintaining technical training materials and assessment tools
Proven experience delivering on-road training and coaching models
Lead a small team of Training Coordinators, Driver Trainers and technical instructors
Strong knowledge of NHVAS, CoR and heavy-vehicle compliance and LMS systems
Ability to balance hands-on delivery of training with strategic leadership
