Etihad Airways is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to own hands-on, full-funnel activity across a defined set of markets in the region. This onsite role in Abu Dhabi sits at the intersection of premium branding and performance marketing, offering a chance to shape campaigns in a globally recognised airline environment. It’s a good fit for someone who enjoys turning creative ideas into campaigns that deliver results and who thrives in a collaborative, commercial setting.

You’ll work closely with senior marketing leaders and Revenue & Commercial teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly, stay on brand, and align with commercial objectives like stimulating demand, boosting route performance, and driving revenue growth. The right candidate balances creative development with performance metrics and ROI, bringing a confident, hands-on approach to campaign execution.

Etihad Airways, the UAE’s national carrier, connects people across continents from its Abu Dhabi hub and operates with a premium, customer-centric mindset. This role offers the chance to influence regional activity across markets, with travel to markets on the ground as part of the job. Note: the posting closes on 12th November 2026.

Guiding campaigns across markets in the region

Day-to-day, you’ll orchestrate integrated campaigns that move customers from awareness to booking, coordinating activities across paid, owned, and earned channels, including digital, social, sponsorships, out-of-home, partnerships, and CRM, to deliver country execution plans for the markets you’re responsible for. You’ll manage timelines, assets, approvals, and deployment so everything lands on schedule and remains true to Etihad’s premium positioning while staying locally relevant.

As the go-to marketing contact for the markets, you’ll partner with internal teams across the Revenue & Commercial division to keep campaigns aligned with commercial priorities. You’ll support market-specific initiatives such as tactical offers, seasonal activity, and new route launches, and when needed, you’ll manage external agencies to ensure high-quality output, on-time delivery, and adherence to brand standards and performance expectations.

Performance tracking will be part of your routine, with a focus on reach, engagement, traffic, bookings, and CPA. You’ll help with reporting and post-campaign reviews, turning data into actionable insights and optimization opportunities. The role demands exceptional attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple workstreams, and a mindset that thrives on building local knowledge through travel to markets (up to 20%).

Advice for applicants

Lead your resume with a concise snapshot of regional marketing leadership in consumer-facing brands, emphasizing any airline or retail experience and a track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns on time and on budget.

When you describe your experience, tie each example to metrics like reach, engagement, traffic, bookings, and CPA, and show how you coordinated with agencies and internal teams to execute campaigns that met brand standards and commercial goals.

In interviews, be prepared to walk through a recent regional campaign from concept to post-analysis, including how you balanced premium brand requirements with local relevance, asset approvals, and market adaptations. Highlight how travel to markets informed your decisions and what you learned from those interactions.

Ask a thoughtful question about how Etihad measures the impact of regional marketing on route performance and revenue growth, and inquire about the cadence of regional activations and the collaboration model with Revenue & Commercial teams.

Recruitment Fraud Alert: Be cautious of offers that come from individuals or organizations claiming to represent Etihad but asking for money, personal information, or bank details.
