Internship
On-site
Melbourne, AU

Anker Innovations is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Australia to join its Melbourne team as part of its overseas campus recruitment drive, 27届海外校招. The company works in intelligent manufacturing, the Industrial Internet, and industrial automation, and this internship is designed to give young talent hands-on exposure to enterprise and channel partnerships. If you enjoy building relationships, shaping growth plans, and coordinating cross‑functional efforts, this could be your entry into a dynamic sales career.

You’ll be the bridge between customers and the company, developing and sustaining enterprise and channel relationships across markets. You’ll own the full sales journey, from lead generation and needs discovery to demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and contract signing, while also guiding delivery and renewals to ensure lasting partnerships.

You’ll partner with the marketing team to craft regional growth plans, monitor lead conversion, and review the ROI of campaigns. You’ll coordinate internal resources, from product and delivery to customer service, legal, and supply chain, to ensure customer success from contract signing through implementation. You’ll help prepare project materials for local channel, e-commerce, and retail partnerships, and you’ll translate localized industry insights on competitors, pricing, channels, and compliance into repeatable growth playbooks and SOPs.

From lead to loyalty: your daily drive

On a typical day, you’ll cultivate and manage relationships with enterprise and channel clients, guiding opportunities through the full sales cycle and owning delivery and renewals along the way.

You’ll work with marketing to shape regional growth plans, track how leads convert, and keep close tabs on campaign ROI so plans stay on track.

Coordinating with product, delivery, customer service, legal, and supply chain teams will be a regular part of the job as you ensure customer success and drive repeat purchases from contract signing through implementation.

You’ll also help assemble materials for local channel, e-commerce, and retail partnerships, and you’ll convert local market insights into scalable playbooks and SOPs that others can follow.

Tips for applicants

Put the most relevant experiences up front on your resume, especially any B2B/B2C sales activities, partnerships, or deals you helped close in clubs, competitions, or internships. Tie these stories to measurable outcomes to show you can move opportunities through the full sales cycle.

When you describe must-have skills, back them with data: quantify results from any sales or partnership projects, like lead-to-close rate, revenue impact, or contribution to renewals, so your data-driven mindset comes through clearly.

For interview prep, craft a narrative about a time you coordinated across product, delivery, and customer service to deliver a project from contract to implementation, highlighting how you kept the customer successful and drove repeat purchases.

When you’re in the interview, ask a targeted question about growth plans: which channels and events are prioritized this year (trade shows, roadshows, online campaigns), and how ROI is tracked across those initiatives. This shows you’re already thinking about how to translate plans into measurable results.
