IPAR is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant for a full-time onsite role in Shepparton, covering the Northern Victoria region. You’ll collaborate with injured workers, employers and a multidisciplinary team to enable safe return to work through vocational counseling, motivational interviewing, job skills development and clear progress reporting. Requirements include a relevant degree (Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy or Occupational Therapy), full AHPRA or ESSA registration, a current driver’s licence and ideally experience in Occupational or Vocational Rehabilitation.
