Cuscal is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst for a 12-month maximum term, onsite in Sydney, to elevate the People & Culture data and analytics capability. You will deliver reporting, build dashboards in Power BI, improve data quality and governance, and automate processes using Excel and scripting. You’ll analyse workforce trends including remuneration and benefits, support salary reviews, and partner with stakeholders across P&C, Finance, Risk and Technology to tailor insights. Bring 3+ years in data reporting analytics, strong HR systems experience, Workday preferred, advanced Excel, Power BI, and scripting (Python or PowerShell).
