Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is hiring Returning Sales Associates for a full-time onsite role in Mississauga. Pay ranges 17.60 to 17.85 per hour, plus Premium Pay programs for seasonal setup, tear down and end of season. Applicants who previously held a Spencer’s or Spirit Halloween Sales Associate role are welcome; you will assist the Store Management Team with seasonal setup, merchandising, pack up and teardown and ensure Guest Services meets company standards. Duties include driving sales, sign waving, housekeeping, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. Requirements: 16 or older, able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Apply with Spirit or Spencer’s experience, reliability, and readiness for physical tasks and seasonal peaks.

Hourly rate ranges from $17.60 - $17.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.               

Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs,  End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
