Bertelsmann is looking for a SAP Super User for a full time onsite role in Louisville, KY to provide systems support for distribution operations, assist in implementing distribution projects and drive continuous process improvement. You will support the distribution center on SAP issues, train teammates on system functionalities, troubleshoot, develop and update training materials, assist in unit and integration testing, and use data analysis tools while collaborating with the SAP team. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of advanced SAP experience, 1 year of distribution center or manufacturing experience, strong technology skills, and a flexible mindset to work overtime, holidays, weekends, different shifts and various warehouse areas. Provide support for all distribution systems and operations and assist in the implementation of distribution projects and initiatives to drive continuous process improvement. 

YOUR TASKS

  • Provide support to the distribution center on systems-related issues.  
  • Train team members on system functionalities. 
  • Trouble-shoot system-related issues.  
  • Develop and update training materials for new functionality and updates to the system. 
  • Assist in system unit testing, integration testing and regression testing.  
  • Using data analysis tools and work with the SAP team.

YOUR PROFILE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred
  • 2-3 years' advanced SAP experience.
  • 1 year of distribution Center or Manufacturing experience.
  • Strong technology skills.
  • Flexibility is a must: Must be able to work overtime, holidays, weekends, different shifts, and different areas of the warehouse.
