Tips for a strong application
Lead your resume with any roles where you helped customers or guests, especially in retail or hospitality, to demonstrate your customer-first mindset and your ability to handle a busy environment.
Show how you communicate clearly and how you’ve learned quickly in previous roles; include concrete examples where you explained product details or helped a customer select a tea based on preference.
Be ready to talk about your tea knowledge or any brewing experience, highlighting how you’d deepen those skills to become a go-to tea expert for customers.
Consider asking about the Moment Makers program and how seasonal staff participate, or how the holiday-term role integrates with the team and potential future opportunities.
