Nutrien Ag Solutions is hiring a full-time, onsite Senior Analyst, Global HRIS based in Docklands, Melbourne, to drive the group’s global HR technology transformation, delivering scalable solutions on platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Software while partnering with HR, IT and business leaders to standardize processes and enable a data-driven, globally aligned HR function. You’ll be a trusted advisor, drive adoption, translate complex needs into scalable requirements, own issue resolution, lead system enhancements with IT, oversee testing and release readiness, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams across implementations, integrations and upgrades, aligned with HR Data Governance. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, proven HRIS Analyst experience in a large organization, strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise, familiarity with ECP, Workforce Software, ServiceNow and SAP ECC as a plus, and excellent analytics, prioritization, communication and project management skills.
