Berry Street seeks a Senior Clinician to join the Take Two team in a full time or part time permanent role with hybrid work bases in Shepparton or Seymour, around $116k per year plus super and salary packaging. Take Two provides training, consultation and reflective practice for the sector and uses Neurosequential Therapeutics to guide intervention. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree or higher ( postgraduate preferred ), have trauma informed, developmentally based clinical experience with children and young people, and experience in Child Protection and Out of Home Care, plus capacity to support Therapeutic Foster Carers. About the role and the Take Two Program
Take Twos program provides training, consultation and reflective practice to the wider Children and Family Services sector and conducts and disseminates evaluation research on Take Two’s therapeutic services.
Take Two is a flagship site of the Child Trauma Academy implementing the Model of Neurosequential Therapeutics to guide intervention planning.
The role will require you to support Therapeutic Foster Carers with regular reflective supervision, psychoeducation and other supports required to maintain placement (such as direct clinical work with the child or young person and/or dyadic work with child and caregiver).
