Senior Consultant, Demand Generation Marketing - Digital Customer
DeloitteDeloitte is looking for a Senior Consultant in Demand Generation Marketing to join a one-year fixed-term contract that sits at the crossroads of strategy and execution. The role is hybrid, anchored in Toronto, ON, with a broad footprint across Canada. It’s a fit for someone who enjoys turning plans into measurable results, thrives on cross-functional collaboration, and wants to help build brand, engagement and pipeline in a B2B environment.
R8dius, an Indigenous majority-owned professional services and technology partner, collaborates with Deloitte to widen opportunity and prosperity for Indigenous communities. The listing frames a purpose-driven culture focused on learning, growth and making an impact that matters. If you value working with diverse clients and teams to solve complex problems, this opportunity could suit you well.
The ideal candidate is comfortable bridging marketing strategy with day-to-day execution, coordinating multi-channel campaigns, and guiding programs from concept through completion. You’ll partner with marketing, sales and GTM stakeholders, while also coordinating with external agencies and content partners to ensure timely, high-quality materials and outcomes.
- Learn from senior experts and receive on-the-job coaching to deepen your technical skills
- Be encouraged to grow your capabilities across the marketing tech stack and beyond
- Work with a variety of clients to tackle their most challenging problems
- Enjoy flexible, practical benefits that support well-being and connections
- Operate in an agile setting where results matter more than location
Turning strategy into action across demand channels
Your day-to-day will revolve around guiding integrated demand generation programs from concept to launch, translating strategic goals into concrete project plans, schedules and milestone trackers. You’ll draft charters, Statements of Work, and timelines, then oversee the creation and delivery of assets across email, social, websites, webinars and digital campaigns, keeping campaigns aligned with deadlines and objectives.
You’ll align marketing and GTM efforts with revenue targets, coordinating with resource managers and teams to pull together the right people and capabilities. You’ll keep stakeholders informed about status, risks and dependencies, and you’ll manage external partners to ensure timely, high-quality marketing materials reach their audience.
Budget oversight will be part of the role, including monitoring expenditures, supporting contract negotiations and evaluating agency performance against goals. You’ll coordinate global and regional asset deployment, oversee localization to fit diverse markets, and work with regional teams to uncover opportunities and adapt plans to local needs. You’ll maintain comprehensive BOMs to show what assets exist and what’s available, while building out marketing automation workflows, lead nurture programs and lead scoring to lift effectiveness. Finally, you’ll translate campaign performance into actionable guidance and ensure smooth handoffs between marketing and sales to maximise results.

Advice for applicants
Lead with your demand-gen leadership and end-to-end program management experience, especially in B2B or SaaS settings. In your resume, front-load details about campaigns you’ve owned from strategy through to execution, including SOWs, charters and milestone plans.
Demonstrate how you’ve built and refined marketing automation, lead nurturing and lead scoring to lift conversion, and cite the metrics you used to judge success. Be ready to talk through cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales and regional teams, and share examples of how you balanced global standards with local market needs.
Prepare stories about how you analysed campaign performance and translated data into actionable optimisations. Have a concrete example of a revenue impact tied to a demand-gen initiative and describe the process you used to track and optimise the program.
Have a pointed question ready about how regional priorities influence demand-gen roadmaps this year, or how Deloitte’s regional teams collaborate with global campaigns to address market gaps and opportunities.
