inDrive, a global mobility platform, is growing its Strategic Communications team with a Senior Digital PR Manager. This fully remote role is anchored in the United Arab Emirates and is built for someone who can lead digital PR and AI-driven reputation work at scale. The company is looking for a strategist who blends traditional media instincts with a modern, AI-informed approach and who enjoys cross-market, high-autonomy work.

The position marks a shift toward a new reputation ecosystem governed by AI answers and intelligent agents. You’ll own end-to-end initiatives around Generative Engine Optimization, shaping strategies, workflows, and crisis protocols that protect and amplify the brand across both established digital channels and the evolving generative search landscape.

If you’ve led global digital PR programs, thrive in fast-paced tech settings, and want to influence how a global brand talks to both humans and machines, this could be the right fit. The role demands autonomy and a clear track record of building capabilities at scale.

Shaping AI-powered reputation across markets

You’ll drive the end-to-end plan to maximise LLM indexing and visibility across leading generative engines such as ChatGPT and Gemini, while creating an AI-driven content and reputation model that ensures accurate, authoritative representation in AI outputs. Alongside this, you’ll monitor online conversations and brand mentions across social channels, blogs, forums, review sites, and news outlets to maintain clear visibility into digital perception.

Cross-market coordination will be a core part of the job, aligning global frameworks with regional nuances so the messaging travels smoothly from HQ to local markets. Collaboration with PR, content, social media, and branding teams, across both central and regional layers, will be essential to ensure communications work for real people and for AI crawlers alike. A big part of the role is building internal expertise, establishing proprietary workflows for GEO and advanced digital PR to reduce external dependencies. You’ll also implement a rigorous analytics approach to track sentiment, mentions, and AI-driven visibility, turning data into high-level, actionable insights for the executive team.

What you bring to the table

You’ll need a solid foundation in senior digital communications or online reputation management, with a track record spanning multiple regions and complex projects. A deep grasp of LLM indexing, AI search algorithms, and the GEO landscape is essential, along with hands-on experience using advanced listening, data analysis, and visibility-tracking tools, including Profound and otterly.ai. Strong stakeholder management that ties together PR, content, SMM, and brand work is important, as is a strategic mindset focused on building internal capabilities within a global organisation. Crisis-management skills and the ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure will help you steer through tough moments, and you should be fluent in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate across global teams and markets.

  • At least six years of senior experience in Digital Communications, PR, or Online Reputation Management, ideally in a global HQ or fast-paced international tech environment.
  • A proven record of leading complex digital programs and coordinating across multiple regions.
  • In-depth knowledge of LLM indexing, AI search algorithms, and the GEO landscape.
  • Hands-on use of advanced social listening, data analysis, and visibility-tracking platforms, including Profound and otterly.ai.
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to align workflows across PR, content, SMM, and brand teams.
  • A strategic mindset aimed at building internal capabilities and scaling expertise within a global organisation.
  • Exceptional crisis-management skills with the ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure.
  • Excellent written and spoken English for collaboration with global teams and markets.
  • Experience building in-house capabilities to reduce reliance on external agencies.

Benefits and practical details

The role offers a hybrid work mode with a flexible schedule and is based in the United Arab Emirates, with remote collaboration across markets.

You’ll have access to professional counseling services covering psychological, financial, and legal support, along with diverse internal training programs. Additional training courses can be partially or fully funded, and all necessary work equipment is provided to support you in the role.

Advice for applicants

Lead your resume with a concise summary of your global digital PR experience, emphasising 6+ years in digital communications or online reputation management and any cross-market or HQ work you’ve done. Include concrete examples where you shaped AI-related initiatives, LLM indexing, or AI-driven content strategies, and highlight any metrics you tracked and the impact you delivered.

Show concrete proof of the must-have skills by naming specific projects that involved LLM indexing or AI search work, describe how you collaborated with PR, content, and brand teams, and point to tools you’ve used, especially Profound and otterly.ai, and the measurable outcomes you achieved (for example, changes in sentiment, visibility, or AI output quality).

Be ready to discuss crisis management scenarios and how you built internal capability to reduce external agency reliance, including the knowledge base and proprietary workflows you established. You may be asked to walk through how you adapted global frameworks for regional nuances and how you balance human and AI audiences in communications.

Consider asking about how the company measures success for the AI-driven reputation program in the first year, and what current GEO and AI‑search frameworks exist to support your work. A thoughtful question like that signals you’re ready to contribute to a high-impact, data-driven strategy.
