Advice for applicants
Lead your resume with a standout PowerPoint project designed for executives or board members, and call that work out in a concise opening line so the committee can see your value right away.
When you talk about your skills, back up the must-have items with concrete examples from your portfolio: describe times you clarified briefs directly with stakeholders and delivered under tight deadlines.
In interviews, be ready to explain your end-to-end design process for both print and digital assets, including how you apply brand guidelines to diverse formats and how you prioritise tasks when multiple requests land at once.
Plan a smart question that shows you’re thinking about impact: ask how the team balances urgent executive deliverables with day-to-day requests and how brand consistency is maintained across large-format assets.
