Lead your resume with your eight-to-ten years of PQE and the most relevant technology, IP, and commercial contracting experience you’ve gathered, especially where you’ve negotiated complex customer or tech agreements.
When you describe your must-have skills, back them with concrete examples: show how you’ve managed risk, advised cross-functional teams, and delivered practical legal solutions in fast-growth tech settings.
Be ready to talk through privacy, data protection and export controls, and how you’ve handled cross-border regulatory matters or software licensing in ways that protected the business while enabling growth.
