Advice for applicants
Lead with your most relevant experience. Put your eight-to-ten years of PQE and the strongest construction, procurement or energy project work right at the top of your resume so the hiring team sees your fit quickly.
Show how you prove your must-have skills. Include concrete examples of negotiating complex deals, managing risk, and delivering pragmatic guidance that kept projects on track, with measurable outcomes or impacts you helped create.
Be prepared to discuss a major project or arrangement you led, detailing how you collaborated with procurement, operations, development and energy teams to deliver results on time and within budget, and how you handled competing priorities.
Ask a smart question. Inquire how the legal function partners with founders and senior leaders to execute the long-term national growth plan for the AI Factory and Firmus AI Cloud, and how they balance speed with compliance in a scaling environment.
