Transport for NSW is seeking a Senior Manager, Portfolio Insights & Reporting to lead an integrated performance reporting framework for Government Priority Projects, driving evidence-based insights, accountability and decision making across the Transport portfolio. In this role you’ll build and govern portfolio-wide metrics, establish a coherent reporting rhythm, and deliver an integrated suite of project and portfolio reports for internal and external audiences in collaboration with the Sydney PMO and stakeholders. In this role, you'll:
Lead a team to develop and implement an integrated performance reporting framework for Government Priority Projects across Transport.
Establish coherent reporting rhythm, develop portfolio-wide performance metrics, and ensure consistent, evidence-based reporting.
Develop and deliver integrated suite of project and portfolio performance reports for internal and external audiences in collaboration with Sydney PMO, Sydney Integration leadership, and stakeholders.
Establish consistent reporting rhythm including integrated calendar providing visibility of deliverables, timelines, and requirements across portfolio.
Manage end-to-end governance processes for portfolio performance measurement and reporting ensuring quality controls, accuracy, and compliance while fostering accountability and transparency.
Curate, consolidate, and analyse project and portfolio performance data ensuring insights are evidence-based, reliable, and forward-looking to anticipate trends, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities.
