Transport for NSW is looking for a Senior Manager Solution Architecture to lead a small team of four solution architects and steer architecture delivery across high‑volume, customer facing systems in trip planning, ticketing and tolling. You’ll prepare TfNSW for technology change, establish governance structures and drive delivery while championing cardholder information protection and cyber security. The right candidate is an adaptable hands‑on architectural generalist who thrives in a fast paced environment, balancing complex stakeholder expectations with strict data protection and security requirements. This is an onsite role in Parramatta with flexible work options may be available. In this role, you'll:

This role will see you prepare TfNSW for technology change, establish robust structure around governance forums, and manage architecture delivery across high-volume, low-value customer transaction environments. You’ll have opportunities to champion cardholder information protection and cyber security best practices, while expertly balancing resource constraints and project prioritisation.

You’re recognised as a trusted architecture leader, skilled at guiding teams through complex technology transformations, and experienced in safeguarding critical customer systems in an enterprise environment.
