In this role, you'll:
Working at the heart of Transport's customer network, this role will see you apply your operational expertise to lead a large, dedicated team of 15 managing the underlying systems for tolling and ticketing technologies.
This role will see you drive the on-going maintenance and support of tolling and ticketing back-office systems and installation of field devices. You’ll have opportunities to leverage your understanding of ITIL, particularly service operations, resource management, and will have the ability to establish strong communication lines across partners such as NSW Motorways, NSW Trains, public transport operators, and third-party technology vendors.
