Adidas is looking for a Senior Sales Consultant (Keyholder) to join the team at Westfield White City in London. This is a full-time, onsite role working a 40-hour contract, designed for someone who loves sport and fashion and wants to help customers choose gear that fits their goals. If you enjoy the energy of a busy flagship store and taking ownership on the shop floor, this could be a great match.

Adidas has a long heritage of creating top-quality sports gear and inspiring people to live more active lives. Their culture puts people at the centre, and the brand encourages optimism, inclusivity and a sense of balance between sport and nature. The store team is the heart of the Adidas brand, delivering standout service and representing a company that values development and diversity.

If you’re excited by the idea of leading a small team, coaching colleagues to deliver excellent service, and representing a global name in sports apparel, you’ll likely feel at home in this role.

On the shop floor at adidas Westfield White City

In this position you’ll act as a brand ambassador, welcoming customers and helping them find products that align with their needs while living Adidas values. You’ll work closely with the rest of the store team to push sales toward targets by delivering consistently high service, keeping the customer experience front and centre. You’ll motivate and coach teammates to maintain service standards, share knowledge, and help the team hit shared goals. You’ll own your development too, finishing applicable training and putting what you’ve learned into practice on the shop floor. And you’ll contribute to creating a safe, inclusive environment where every customer and colleague feels respected.

As a key member of the store, you’ll be ready to step in to lead when needed, model best practices, and help the team stay focused on delivering great outcomes for customers. This is a role where your communication, hands-on leadership and willingness to learn can have a tangible impact on daily store performance and the customer experience.

What you’ll bring to the adidas team

  • Six months plus experience in a sports or fashion retail setting (must-have)
  • Familiarity with store KPIs and the ability to translate insights into actions that lift sales (must-have)
  • Strong customer service and sales capability that helps customers feel confident in their purchases (must-have)
  • A collaborative mindset with resilience and a curious, eager-to-learn approach (must-have)
  • Clear English communication to connect with customers and teammates (must-have)
  • Leadership or mentoring experience that shows you can support others on the shop floor (nice-to-have)

Pay, perks and practical basics

Adidas offers a competitive pay package with rewards that may include bonuses and a referral program. You’ll also receive free uniform sets twice a year and enjoy a discount on Adidas products online and in all own stores. The role sits onsite at Westfield White City in London, is full-time, and runs on a 40hr contract, with the day-to-day responsibilities centered on delivering great customer service and driving store performance.

Advice for applicants

Lead with your most relevant retail experience. Put your 6+ months in sports or fashion retail up front on your resume, and follow it with a concise summary of how you’ve used KPIs to improve sales or customer outcomes.

Show concrete examples of how you’ve delivered strong customer service and driven sales. Include a short story about a time you helped a customer find the right product, how you handled a tricky situation, or how you contributed to a team hitting a target.

Prepare to talk about coaching or mentoring others. Have a quick example ready of a moment when you supported a teammate on the shop floor, shared product knowledge, or helped someone develop a skill. This role expects you to coach as part of the daily routine.

Finally, consider a thoughtful question to close the interview. Ask how Adidas supports mobility across the business, retail, office, and distribution centers, and what paths exist for growth within the company. It shows you’re thinking about a long-term relationship with the brand and its development opportunities.
