Service Partner Management
MammotionMammotion is looking for a Service Partner Management intern to help run after-sales operations for its European network from the Düsseldorf office. The company designs robotics and smart hardware, and it is expanding its channel ecosystem with distributors, dealers and other partners. This role focuses on making sure service policies, processes and standards are carried out across the region and that partners have the capabilities to deliver solid customer service. If you like working across borders, building strong relationships and turning data into action, you could be a good fit.
As an intern, you’ll act as a key interface between Mammotion and its channel partners, collaborating with internal teams such as Technical Support, Spare Parts, Logistics, Quality, Sales and global service groups to lift service quality and the end-customer experience. The position is onsite in Düsseldorf, and it suits someone who enjoys hands-on coordination, clear communication and a practical, problem-solving mindset. A readiness to travel within Europe when needed and comfort operating in a multilingual setting will help you succeed.
If you thrive on cross-functional teamwork, enjoy working with partners across Europe, and want to gain exposure to how after-sales service operates in a high-tech hardware environment, this internship offers a focused entry point into channel management and service operations.
Partnering with distributors across Europe
In this role you will help steer the day-to-day after-sales work for distributors, dealers and other channel partners in the region, building solid relationships and ensuring Mammotion’s service policies are applied consistently. The work blends relationship management with operational execution, so you’ll be involved in coordinating repairs, warranty, returns, DOA and RMA processes, spare parts planning and the logistics that move these items around. You’ll also help ensure requests from partners are reviewed for policy compliance and proper authorization, while supporting partner capability development through process improvements, training and system usage.
As you monitor service performance, you’ll keep an eye on key KPIs such as turnaround time, repair quality, repeat repair rates, warranty costs and spare parts consumption, and you’ll look for ways to push performance higher. When major issues arise, you’ll coordinate with internal teams to uncover root causes, develop action plans and drive timely closure. You’ll also help manage service costs and spare parts inventories, coordinating with partners to ensure inventory levels align with service needs.
Regular data collection and analysis will be part of your routine, so you can spot risks, identify improvement opportunities and support the rollout of new service policies and standards across the partner network. Throughout, you’ll work closely with Sales, Technical Support, Quality, Spare Parts, Logistics, Service Operations, and global teams to resolve problems and capture market feedback for Product and Quality teams.
